friendly staff convenient location squeaky bed high price

the staff were friendly. i liked that the location was close to the river and many restaurants. the room and bathroom were large and included a desk and a couch. the hotel cleaned my room upon request, otherwise staff did not enter it. breakfast was also pleasant.

I noticed that the bed was squeaky and of bad quality. additionally, the room door was not soundproofed. I could hear other guests passing by. it reminded me of a high price for the value.

a balanced stay

convenient access cute staff great size cheap bathroom uncomfortable bed thin walls

the location provided convenient access to the city. i appreciated the short walk to the high street (it was roughly ten minutes). the staff at reception were very cute. i found the rooms to be a great size for two people.

i noticed the bathroom was cheaply updated. the bed proved uncomfortable (possibly due to firmness). i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. the walls seemed thin.

mixed feelings about my stay

low water pressure paper thin walls

The bathroom was really disappointing. the shower had almost no water pressure and sprayed at a weird angle (it was hard to even rinse off). there also weren't any hooks for towels or a shelf for toiletries. i could hear everything my neighbors did. The walls felt paper thin.

the location was convenient it was only a few minutes walk to the city centre. my room was clean the staff offered an extra duvet. breakfast had good choice every morning with self service.

i found the mattress uncomfortable it creaked badly every time someone moved. the bathroom door did not close there was no soundproofing between rooms. hot water ran out sometimes vegan options were limited.

soft bed noise problem

the staff was helpful enough at check-in.

The room was a letdown. The bed felt soft, causing back discomfort. noise was a major problem. I could hear every movement and conversation from neighboring rooms. the lack of soundproofing ruined any chance of a peaceful night's sleep.

i appreciated the convenient location near eden court! it was a quick walk. the staff were very friendly and cute. i found the bed divine to sleep in and the shower had really good pressure.

underwhelming stay

dated bathroom firm pillows

the bathroom felt quite dated and needed some attention i noticed a few stains behind the toilet i also found the pillows too firm they made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep the room was smaller than i expected based on the pictures online the lack of space was a bit disappointing
